About the Commercial Property Team:


The
Commercial Property team aims to deliver strategic outcomes for our commercial property portfolio to bring the best social and economic value for our stakeholders and community.

We play a key role in the development of commercial opportunities from this portfolio, unlocking incremental revenue streams for both strategic property decisions as well as leading major precinct transactions.


We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced
Commercial and Contracts Manager to leverage his/her expertise in collaborative contracting models and developing construction contracts that contribute to Commercial Property's commercial and contract management strategy, as well as drive performance in a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

Employment Type/Remuneration:

This is a
permanent,
fulltime position, based in Brisbane CBD with a

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working in collaborative contracting models at high level within a large, complex organisation.
  • Legal/contracting background, with experience developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders on complex matters to achieve positive business outcomes.
  • Highly developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with particular emphasis in areas of negotiation, influencing, and assertiveness to resolve issues.
