Minda offers a newly created role as an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist to contribute to a major ERP uplift project, supporting an upgrade and enhancements across Minda systems, with a primary focus on finance and payroll modules.

Working closely with cross functional teams and end users, the ERP Implementation Specialist will play a key role in delivering transformational change, including:

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to plan and implement the project, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Coordinate data migration, develop and implement test plans and end user acceptance testing, to identify and resolves issues or defects.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of training on the upgraded ERP system.
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure key business issues and emerging trends are readily identified and addressed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and systems optimisation, making recommendations to enhance ERP functionality.

Role Essentials

  • Significant experience supporting the implementation of an ERP uplift or similar, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Previous exposure to data migration and testing activities.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, payroll and HR principles and practices.
  • Sound communication skills to collaborate and influence teams, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly analytical with sound ability to trouble shoot and problem solve systems issues.
  • An undergraduate degree in finance, IT, Human Resources or similar.

Additionally, you will require:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
  • Unrestricted SA drivers' licence.
  • Evidence of full vaccination (2+booster)
