Customer Service Coordinator - Wetherill Park

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Viadux NSW/ACT works every day to be the most progressive and responsive supplier of Infrastructure Network Solutions.
  • Become a part of a team who supply some of NSW and the ACT's most iconic infrastructure projects.
  • The successful applicant needs to have demonstrated outstanding customer service and attention to detail and organisational skills.

Role Requirements

  • Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries.
  • Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills are required both internally and externally in this role.
  • Coordinate large infrastructure projects across NSW.
  • File documentation relating to the above tasks.
  • Develop and follow up customers and quotes via Salesforce.
  • Viadux is an ISO compliant business unit we need ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures.
