The Role


Provide professional and business administrative support to senior leaders within the Technology & Data Division, including Chief Data Officer, Chief Information Officer and the Program Director - Data Transformation.

Being supportive, organised, informed, prepared to perform duties effectively, efficiently and provide administrative support to the division.

The Team


T&D Division works on the planning and delivering divisional strategic and business outcomes, change initiatives and coordination activities aligned with APRA's strategy.

The Technology and Data Division supports APRA with frameworks, technology and systems that support APRA's technology operations and its mandate to help protect the Australian community through data enabled decision making, and as a collection agent for other government agencies.


What your typical day will look like

  • Provide administrative business support to the senior leaders within the Technology & Data Division
  • Manage diary appointments, including proactively scheduling, organising and prioritising meetings
  • Manage, prepare and review incoming correspondence, including assisting with prioritisation and signoffs
  • Provide support with corporate expenses and procurement processes
  • Work collaboratively across the division to contribute to achieving outcomes
  • Liaise with peers across APRA in the coordination of administrative activities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Provide administrative assistance in the coordination of technology and data projects

About you

  • Experience providing administrative and/or Executive Assistant support and services to senior leaders
  • High integrity including ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Highlevel organisational, time management, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills, addressing enquiries and developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties at all levels of seniority
  • Proactive approach in obtaining information to support decision making and service delivery
