Are you an experienced Credit Officer who is well versed in all aspects of Credit Management and Collections and pride yourself on your achievements? We are looking for someone who is a proven performer as part of our high performing team and contribute to its ongoing success.

Tradelink has a close-knit credit team who cover the full range of credit functions, so there are opportunities to broaden your skills.

You will be responsible for:


• Ensuring your customers pay within terms and following up on those that do not and making recommendations to refer unpaid accounts to our debt recovery team.

• Monitoring the credit limits of your accounts and initiate a review for accounts that are nearing or exceeded their assigned credit limit.
Ledger maintenance and handling of customer queries that result in customer payments. Although there will be an AR Officer allocating your payments, you will be actively involved in reconciling accounts and ensuring that payments are correctly allocated.

About you:

With a minimum of 3 years' experience, you will be a key player in a team that consistently meets & exceeded their targets, values working in an open and friendly environment and will be encouraged to be bold in all aspects of your work.

You enjoy forging strong working relationships with your customers and with key stakeholders across the business and will strive to get the best outcomes with every contact you make. Whilst you take ownership with your work, you work best under minimal supervision and take pride in your high work standards.

Other qualities that we are looking for include:


• Self-management and problem solving skills with confidence to seek help when you need it

• Critical and analytical approach to tasks

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, resulting in the best possible outcome for all parties

• Data entry and intermediate Microsoft office skills

• Cert IV, Diploma or degree is preferred but not essential

• Demonstrated ability to exceed targets set in a high volume collection environment
