3-Month Temporary Credit Officer Position - CBD Location

  • Part-time or Full-time schedule available

Our client, a well-known Professional Services provider in Brisbane CBD, requires a skilled Temporary Credit Officer to cover an extended leave period. Your role will be vital in ensuring our financial stability and prosperity. Responsibilities include assessing client creditworthiness, managing credit limits, and minimizing credit risks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team to handle overdue accounts, negotiate payment terms, and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate client creditworthiness
  • Establish and enforce credit limits based on risk assessment guidelines
  • Monitor accounts receivable reports and engage with clients for timely payments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address billing issues and ensure payment reconciliations
  • Build strong client relationships to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in credit analysis or accounts receivable management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
