About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also being responsible for the day-to-day leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Property Management: Handle and address rental enquiries, conduct open homes and inspections, and prepare properties for online advertising.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of professionalism and commitment to superior customer service to our clients and tenants.
  • Administration: Prepare leases and lease packs, and perform ad hoc administration duties as required.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Registration: A current certificate of registration is essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively communicate with clients and tenants.
  • Team Player: A great team player with a high level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills.
