Your new opportunity
This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for managing RAA's membership architecture model and eligibility criteria to provide the foundation for sustainable growth of the overall member base and retaining and deepening member relationships
In addition, you will:
- Implement and maintain RAA's membership tier calculations along with service and value differentiation across tiers.
- Maintain and optimise Member Lifetime Value calculations, including development of toolkits and use cases to increase understanding and utilisation across the organisation.
- Analyse and report on membership performance and trends and identify improvements to optimise the member value proposition.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to identify new pathways to membership (along with maintenance of existing pathways) to support growth of the overall member base.

About you
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
We are also looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, or related field is mandatory (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from member data and translate data into storytelling.
- Sound understanding of membership concept and value delivery.
- Experience with stakeholder collaboration and negotiation.
- Selfmotivation and ability to work autonomously without daytoday direction.
