About The role: You will be central to ensuring that our internal policies and procedures are effectively designed and operating efficiently. Supporting the coordination of legislative change activities, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement. You will bring a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough audits on internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings.
  • Identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse legislative changes relevant to ACH Group
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with new regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and opportunity for process enhancement.
  • Mentor / educate staff on compliance and continuous improvement practices.

About you: We're seeking a skilled and motivated Internal Auditor to help maintain and enhance standards, in addition to:

  • Experience as a lead internal auditor / certified Internal Quality Management System Auditor.
  • Experience in conducting process audits across a variety of disciplines including but not limited to People & Culture, Safety, and Document Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of ISO9001.
  • Ability to interpret industry relevant legislation and standards.
  • Ability to write clear, concise and thorough reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills; ability to make recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills.
