**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration and maintenance of Sonic Healthcare business systems, which are client facing. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Client IT requests and will contribute to strengthening customer relationships and overall improvements to customer satisfaction. This role works closely with our Business Development team so you will be working in a small team in a part time permanent position.

**Duties**:

- Provide timely and professional support to our clients including monitor and resolve ERT issues with clients, technical support over the phone and training and guidance to the business;
- Participate in business wide IT projects which have a client facing element; eOrder and Fetch;
- Perform version and functional testing of new product releases;
- Log and manage all support calls via incident management system and create KPI reports as required; and
- Provide other administration support as required.

**Applicants should possess the following**:

- Reasonable experience with the following technologies are needed or desired:

- Windows Desktops in AD environments
- Windows Server
- Good network troubleshooting skills
- iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac experience
- Previous experience with Practice Management Systems such as Best Practice, Medical Director and Genie preferred but not essential
- Strong computer literacy and analytical skills;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to interpret instructions and provide feedback to ensure systems, procedures and processes are maintained at the highest standard;
- A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as the ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to negotiate suitable outcomes amongst conflicting requirements;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Current driver's license;
- Previous experience within the Healthcare industry (preferred); and
- You will be required to receive the COVID 19 vaccination (including booster) in order to perform this role and provide copy of certificate.
