Your role as Group Account Director is one of leadership and example, as you take a senior management position within the agency by inspiring your team to provide commercial and creative solutions for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading client relationships and strategic business recommendations across a portfolio of accounts.

You will manage profitability on your assigned clients within the agency as well as proactively seeking to build new business opportunities through cross selling and new client acquisition.

This role is part-time/full-time negotiable.

You'll be responsible for:
Maintaining overall client relationships and understanding their business (and competitors) inside out Leading strategic recommendations and direction for your clients Evaluating creative work and providing constructive feedback Leading client meetings and presenting work in collaboration with the wider team Managing the client's budgets effectively, supporting agency revenue and growth Actively seeking to grow existing business and mining for new business opportunities Ensuring the timely development and execution of all plans, campaigns and projects for your clients Continually pushing for the best work and elevating the level of craft produced Leading the team on new business prospects/opportunities The person we're looking for is/has:8+ years agency experience in account management World class client management experience Expert understanding of strategic marketing An understanding of FMCG and/or the alcohol category (would be advantageous)

Excellent understanding of agency processes and costing structures Proven experience delivering culturally relevant campaigns in digital and social Excellent leadership, motivation, mentoring and people management skills Exceptional ability to drive financial management of client P&Ls What you can expect from us:
