We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-centred innovator to lead the design of true client-led services brand and quality across Community Services products, services, and locations to ensure Sunnyfield delivers our mission of enriching the lives of people with Disability.


Reporting to the Operations Manager of Community Services, you'll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring and innovative leadership in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals.

You will lead and deliver the client strategic initiatives including accountability of outcomes and culture of continuous improvement.

This includes the design and implementation of a framework and operating infrastructure to promote and capture innovation and inclusion in service design, quality and impact of our services that reflects the 'Voice of Customer' of clients and staff to meet our strategic priorities.

About You

  • You're motivated by your purpose to enrich the lives of people with Disability. You proactively advocate for client and customer rights, ensuring clients' voice and their participation is included in everything you do
  • Your teams would describe you as an inspiring and engaging People Leader who leads with an open heart. You naturally nurture an empowered, safe, innovative, and client centred culture where our people can thrive.
  • You are a natural strategic thinker. You enjoy the challenge of bringing a vision and strategy to life whilst achieving operational performance.
  • You embrace innovation through your creative flare or inspiring clients and staff. You pursue and lead innovative ideas to best support our clients, staff, organisation and the communities we support.
  • You are a change leader who challenges the 'status quo' and drives change to deliver real impact and make a positive difference.
  • You have proven experience in clientled engagement, developing and embedding quality products and services to impact outcomes for the people we support
If this sounds like you, we would love to speak with you. Ideally, you would have a background in Allied Heath or Clinical Services with demonstrated experience in a similar position.
