Job Summary:

As a Project Officer, Government Advertising, you will play a critical role in shaping the state's advertising landscape and supporting the Advertising Committee Secretariat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Secretariat, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and managing documents and records.
  • Project Governance: Provide project governance and communication advice to stakeholders in government agencies, ensuring that all campaigns are compliant and strategically sound.
  • Policy Interpretation: Interpret policies and guidelines, and navigate advertising processes, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate the annual advertising plan review process across the government, ensuring that all campaigns are well-managed and aligned with broader government objectives.
  • Financial Management: Maintain and manage campaign expenditure reporting, ensuring that all financial aspects of advertising are transparent and well-documented.
  • Research and Analysis: Research and monitor advertising and media trends, identifying opportunities or risks associated with government advertising.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in project management, administrative support, and policy interpretation.
