Fixed term, full time position available for 2 years with a possibility to extend.

About the project:
We are seeking a highly motivated _Molecular and Cell Biologist_ to lead mechanistic studies in epigenetic regulation. The focus of these studies is to understand how chromatin-modifying complexes regulate gene expression and their implications in cancer.

To be successful you will need:

  • A Ph.
D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, cancer biology, epigenetics or relevant fields with an excellent publication record.

  • Extensive experience in molecular biology and genomics techniques, particularly in studying transcription and epigenetic regulation using mammalian cell lines. Key techniques include IP, IP-MS, ChIPseq, ATAC-Seq, CUT&RUN/Tag, RNAseq, RIP, etc.
  • Proven experience in genome editing and genomic engineering using mammalian cell lines.
  • Experience in genetic screens, working with stem cells and mouse models, and knowledge of developmental biology and cancer biology (highly advantageous expertise but not required).
  • Skill in coding (R and/or Python) and familiarity with working on Linuxbased clusters (highly advantageous expertise but not required).
