The Opportunity

If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact through innovative healthcare solutions, we have an opening for a Global Implants Product Manager at our Macquarie, Sydney Global HQ. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving new product development from concept to market.

Responsibilities include:

Product Strategy, New Product Development and Launch

  • Work with R&D to develop products from concept to market
  • Evaluate market trends and engage with key stakeholders
  • Lead product launches across global markets
  • Manage product lifecycle
  • Provide support to regional teams

About You

Essential:

  • Minimum 8 years of product management experience in healthcare
  • Successful track record in global product management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial acumen and project management skills
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

Ideal:

  • Sales experience in medical devices
  • International exposure
