About Our Client
Our client is a well regarded Government body in Brisbane's CBD. Due to an internal promotion, a vacancy has been created within their highly collaborative IT department.
Our client are a values driven organisation who place a high value on development, respect, integrity and teamwork.
Job Description
The role will involve the following;
- Support approved software packages (e.g., electronic lock & security systems, surveillance systems, digital signage, user security integration)
- Assist with data exporting, importing, and ID card production
- Preparing reports aligned with internal Government processes & standards
- Troubleshoot and support approved internet security measures
- Manage and cultivate business relationships
- Day-to-day service desk operations, triaging & escalating tickets through the organisation's ITSM tool
- Base level networking - cabling, switching & routing
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include;
- Prior experience in a Queensland Government body is desired
- Experience with Service Desk Plus ticketing software
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability & proven success working in a team
- Experience in the following technologies will be highly regarded: Office 365 E5 Application stack, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, ZScaler, troubleshooting of iOS and Android devices
