Influence the creation and management of a large National Park or NCR for conservation purposes

  • Work on conservation initiatives across private and public land

As the Team Leader, your top contributions to the team will include:

  • Strengthening corporate partnerships to maximise delivery of conservation outcomes
  • Mapping out new opportunities or better ways of working to achieve conservation outcomes
  • Process improvements and (program/stakeholder) issue resolution
  • Providing program planning and oversight function, including assessing progress against set targets for delivery and outcomes
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Qualifications in environmental or ecological science and/or significant experience in environmental or ecological science or natural resource management.
  • Experience and knowledge in using management decision models for land management and/or biodiversity monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
This is a fixed term, part time (0.8FTE) position available until 28 February 2025. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
