Ready to take your Human Resources career to new heights? We're on the hunt for a People Coordinator to join our Major Projects People team in Pyrmont, helping us deliver first-class HR services and initiatives to the Major Projects division.

This national business unit is currently constructing some of Australia's most iconic and challenging infrastructure projects, including the M7/M12 Interchange, Rozelle Interchange, and the Westgate Tunnel.

This role is the ultimate HR generalist role, and will be responsible for the following:

  • Support all facets of the employee lifecycle to contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience
  • Prepare people related documents, presentations and data for employees and managers
  • Support leaders in employee relations matters
  • Support the redeployment and internal mobility process for employees
  • Engage/liaise with major project teams and provide ad hoc HR support as required
  • Provide support to the General Manager/People for HR administration tasks

About You:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 2 years HR generalist experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and relatable to employees and all levels of leadership
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work collaboratively in a team and manage different stakeholders
  • Genuine passion for employee engagement and delivering meaningful diversity and inclusion outcomes
