About the Opportunity

As Operations Improvement Lead, you will enable CleanCo's portfolio of renewable energy generating assets to achieve performance improvement deliverables through influencing and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within Asset Operations (AO) and across the broader business. You will influence the leveraging of data and insights to support decisions, measure outcomes, drive change and monitor governance and compliance risk.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coach AO leadership teams on opportunities to accelerate and maximise improvements leveraging technology and data analytics.
  • Collate all external agency reporting inputs into a "Metrics Factbook" for AO and across CleanCo enterprise areas as required.
  • Support AO reporting compliance and governance through the design, implementation and management and updating of process templates, information and tracking.
  • Design, implement, and manage AO continuous improvement frameworks, operating model, and pipeline of improvement work in consultation and collaboration with AO leadership.
  • Manage the capability uplift of key AO SMEs by building learning networks and communities of best practices to effectively turn operational data into insights, opportunities, and focus areas for improvement.
About you
  • Proven track record of leading cross functional teams to solve complex operational problems using Lean Six Sigma methodology, statistics, and other quantitative techniques at a programme manager level.
  • Experience delivering operational insights in the utilities/heavy industrial environments using data visualisation to solve complex operational problems.
  • Proven experience in leveraging data from PI, SAP and PowerBI to support data driven decision making.
  • Excellent understanding and application of asset management, maintenance management, work management operations management, cost management and commercial principles and processes.
  • Degree level qualifications in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Science or Economics).
  • Demonstrated project management, change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase knowledge across functions (Operations, Commercial and Technology) by conveying complex technical and complex business concepts in a simple and audience relevant format.
