We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Nursing Unit Manager for our PECC Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Services at Royal North Shore Hospital.
About the Role
- Manage a unit or ward to provide high-quality care to patients in the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
- Lead, manage, and support a clinical team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and staff engagement.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a clinical team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Applications, roster management systems, and electronic medical records.
