About the RoleThe District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations across Sydney, driving success and excellence across our locations. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement strategies to ensure performance, sales and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support the implementation of strategies to ensure performance, sales and budgets
- Partner with Store Managers to analyse the previous week's results and adjust the sales floor and production room to maximise sales
- Meet with the People Services team to map out a talent and succession plan for a new store
- Meet with the Warehouse Operations Manager to discuss the product needs of your stores
To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of the following:
