We are looking for a guest focused Venue Manager to join this VIP team As a leader you will be working closely with the F&B Operations Manager and all team members to deliver the daily operations of Sovereign Dining.
A few of your responsibilities
- Managing daytoday operations of a unique venue offering including coaching and development of all team members
- Planning and executing bespoke events in line with guest experience strategy leveraging supplier partnerships
- Reviewing and analysing the daily operational needs; maintaining food and beverage, labour, product, and expenses on budget
- Leading and motivating the team to continuously deliver guest experience in line with our service culture
What are we looking for?
- Extensive management experience in highend restaurants, executive lounges, or bars
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverages
- Proactive and wellrounded leader who can empower and encourage the team to deliver a personalised and professional service to all guests.
- Confidence to lead a large and diverse team across a 24/7 roster
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and attention to detail
- Handson operational approach with passion for developing your career
