About the role:


Reporting into the National Reporting Manager, this is a key role in servicing the master data and reporting requirements across the Infrabuild Steel & Tube Business nationally.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting stakeholders on continuous business improvement, both operational and financial
  • Providing reliable and actionable data to improve productivity and profitability of the organisation
  • Add value to the decision making and provide practical insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Development of Power BI performance dashboards across all areas of the business
  • Highlight opportunities and risks to the business and leadership team
  • Take ownership of data analysis, data management and systems

About your experience:

You will also have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent level of work experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work with and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • MS SQL Server skills and an understanding of ETL best practices
  • Experience building insightful Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Advanced MS Excel acumen in pivots, VBA and linking external data
  • Additional desirable criteria
  • Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial industries
  • Experience with Excel Macros and Visual Basic for Applications
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Understanding of finance concepts and ability to read P&L and balance sheet reports
