u&u is partnering with a specialist engineering organisation that are renowned for their dynamic and diverse nature and are committed to the development of their employees.
We are seeking an Customer Service Officer who will be based within their Head Office which is located on the riverside of Brisbane.
The Role:
Your key responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries;
Making outbound calls to both internal and external stakeholders;
Performing administrative tasks as required;
Supporting the service delivery of the organisation; and
Ensuring strict adherence to the organisations policies & procedures.
Please note:
The scheduled hours for this position alternate between day and night shifts, allowing for a balance of work and rest periods.

To be successful within this position, you will be an enthusiastic team player who has a strong customer service mentality.
You will have exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing, strong problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
