About the role
We are currently looking for an

Assistant Service Manager who will be responsible for providing essential support in the overall day-to-day management of the Service department. These outcomes will be delivered by supporting the Service Manager in building and maintaining a safe and cohesive work environment, adhering to processes that are efficient and maintaining proficiencies and process optimisation.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Service Advisor looking for a development opportunity.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with fleet customers for bookings and account management
  • Providing support to the Service Manager in leading the Service team
  • Monitoring quality control with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Monitoring efficiency/productivity reports within the Service Workshop
  • Assist with managing daytoday Workshop operations
  • Preferably experience in a Service Advisor or workshop positions
  • Desire to lead a team and support the growth of people in the business and achieve excellent customer outcomes
  • Customerfocused
  • Collaborative especially across departments and locations
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
