The Data & Systems Customer Service Officer will manage the setup of data, ensuring the end-to-end assignment generation process supports accurate & timely payroll and billing processes.

Description

  • To manage the setup of data, ensuring the endtoend assignment generation process supports accurate & timely payroll and billing processes
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement within the assignments area that will encourage or accommodate change within the business and improve efficiency
  • Provide support to front office and middle office teams to ensure successful Client implementations, including Customer, Billing, Order, Assignment setup
  • Consultative & diagnostic approach to problem solving, investigation & resolution implementation.
  • Case management between business lines & departments, accurately prioritising cases and ensuring SLA's are met

Profile

  • Previous experience in IR, AR, and billing in a volume recruitment environment
  • General understanding of payroll, billing industrial relations is ideal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to act under strong pressure and to prioritise efficiently
  • Thinks critically and uses data/information to problem solve
  • Anticipates and embraces change; navigates hurdles faced in a calm and positive manner
  • Shows appetite to utilise current and new technology
  • Initiates decision making with courage and energy to drive results
