As part of their ongoing mission to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, they are seeking a skilled Objective Expert / Records Manager to join our team in Adelaide CBD.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your expertise in Objective to manage and maintain electronic records in accordance with government guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on the use of Objective, ensuring compliance with records management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for optimising records management processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff proficiency in Objective and records management practices.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of electronic records.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with Objective in a South Australian Government department setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of records management principles, practices, and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve records management issues efficiently.
