About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team at Civica. As an Education Consultant, you will work closely with educational institutions to provide expert guidance and support on the implementation and utilization of our education technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training sessions.
  • Ensure successful adoption of our software solutions through delivery of professional services, training, and support.
  • Provide feedback on customers' use of the software or areas of improvement to the Project Manager, Account Manager, and Product Team Leader.
  • Act as an internal SME for timetabling practices and software.
  • Assist with the resolution of escalated support tickets and investigate and resolve implementation and product issues as required.
  • Meet or exceed key performance targets and objectives.
  • Work with other parts of the Civica organization as required to achieve commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Fulfill the function of a subject matter expert with relevant timetabling software and process experience.
  • Deliver high-quality professional services to promote customer referrals.
  • Ability to foster and promote an ethic of quality and improvement consistent with a professional consulting role.
  • Ability to deliver in line with agreed project plans.
