THE ROLE

They are seeking an experienced accounts payable professional for a full-time contract position. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day Accounts Payable functions
  • Demonstrating effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Being self-motivated with a passion for service excellence
  • Ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Resolving discrepancies and issues
  • Preparing invoices for payment
  • Handling AP queries professionally and promptly
  • Ensuring accurate period end processes

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Significant prior experience in accounts payable
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a passion for excellence
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
