This unique role combines the responsibilities of a reception, accounts payable/receivable and office administration, offering a diverse and rewarding work environment. With over 25 branches Australia wide this is a busy and diverse role

As our Administration Officer you will play a vital role in our company's day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them accurately
- Organising couriers and effectively handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with accounts payable & receivable as required
- Lodging insurance policies
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs for office equipment
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees
- General administrative tasks as needed

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes, exceptional organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial, as you will be interacting with both internal team members and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
- Proficiency in Epicor and MS Office suite or similar programs
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a strong team player
