As our Marketing Iteration Specialist, you'll take responsibility for managing all aspects of HESTA's marketing delivery process, including annual roadmap, quarterly OKRs and sprint planning in accordance with priorities set by our Marketing leaders.

You will play a leading role in the planning and coordination of Agile ceremonies and empower, lead and coach cross discipline teams in Agile methodology to grow Agile maturity and accelerate high-performance through your planning, coaching and demonstration of thought leadership.

This is a maximum term contract with an asap start through until 20 December 2024.

About you You have at least 12 months' experience in a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager role and have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, tools and techniques.

You have a strong understanding of how information and technology enable business success and are passionate about working with the business to identify and implement optimisation opportunities so as to improve outcomes for our members.

You're comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders and will relish the opportunities to provide your advice and guidance to our fund.

With outstanding and adaptable engagement skills, you are compelling communicator with a proven record of delivery.
