Please note:
This role is open only to Australian residents and requires onsite presence at our office locations.

Location:
Melbourne (Onsite, Australian residents only)
Contract Duration: 3-4 Months

We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to join our team on a 3-4 month contract basis. This role will be based in our Melbourne office and will require coming onsite 2-3 days per week

Rate :
$ AUD +GST per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support Scrum Teams in understanding and implementing Scrum practices, roles, and artifacts.
  • Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder the progress of development teams during sprints.
  • Monitor the progress of sprint deliverables, ensuring that teams meet their commitments and deliver value to stakeholders within the iteration timeline.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to improve team effectiveness and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospective meetings and implementing changes to enhance team performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members, product owners, stakeholders, and other crossfunctional teams.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress to stakeholders, providing visibility into project status and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience working as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
