YOUR ROLE


The purpose of this role is to help safeguard IAG identity, access, digital and information assets by planning and managing the implementation of work in the Identity and Access Management Domain.

You will reduce IAG cyber risk by ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and standards, leading and prioritising work accordingly.


You are part of a technology products and services division, that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale.

able to work collaboratively with our people, customers and partners. You will

cultivate innovation within your team and partners and will demonstrate and

encourage life-long learning.

You will deliver value to stakeholders and be responsible for fostering the agile processes within the team. The role collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business outcomes through technology delivered change. This role is responsible for uplifting of the agile delivery capability teams.


You will also have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and skills so that they can be utilised more broadly within Technology and IAG.


ABOUT YOU

  • Essential: Minimum 5 years practical hands on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master) with Identity & Access Management / Cyber Security domain
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Able to coach / mentor agile team members
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex policy, standard and compliance solutions
