ROLE OVERVIEW


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Operations Manager to join the team in our Production Centre in Melbourne.


Reporting to our Head of Operations, the role entails the day-to-day management of the Production Centre including rostering of crew, studio utilisation and being the main point of contact for internal departments and studio clients.

This is a full-time role based in Docklands, providing exposure to a diverse range of exciting projects.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Production Administrator to join our team in our Mascot office in Sydney.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and rostering of studio crew, studio utilisation, support staff and equipment;
  • Team management including leave requests, contracts, team performance, coaching and development;
  • Facility management for studios, audio suites, broadcast, streaming and presentation services;
  • Implementation of processes, standard operating procedures and continuous improvement;
  • Project management of upcoming projects and booking requests to ensure excellent client outcomes and avoid scheduling conflicts;
  • Liaising with clients to identify their needs and manage service level agreements;
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order and report faults; and
  • Provide reports and timesheets to Finance team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Facilities Management;
  • Project Management;
  • Team management and rostering;
  • Broadcast experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Experience with Excel preferred.
