About the role


This brand-new position will drive innovation and best-practice service delivery across Home Care, with a particular focus on supporting older people living with dementia and their families.

Based primarily in Maddington, this role will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for service improvements, drive innovation, establish strategic community partnerships, and deliver exceptional care and services to older people in the community.


About you


With a proven track record of growing new service areas, you'll be a dynamic and confident people leader with excellent operational skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

With knowledge of the aged care sector and/or community services, you'll bring huge amounts of energy, drive, and enthusiasm to grow an innovative, expanding service delivery area.


Your key experience will include:

  • Proven experience in operational management and people leadership
  • Growth mindset and ability to develop and expand program delivery areas
  • Demonstrated experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives aligned with best practice
  • Community and industry engagement and collaboration (including forming new partnerships to deliver on growth objectives)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
