The Opportunity


In this role, you would be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Reece Onsite have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to assist our rapidly growing, fast paced business.


Duties for the role include but are not limited to

:

  • Answering a high level of telephone enquiries from our home builder customer base
  • Timely processing of customers' requests for delivery / release of orders
  • Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information.
  • Inputting Sales Orders / Data Entry
  • Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability. Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team.
  • Have extensive customer service experience in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of Computer Literacy and fast processing speed.
  • Ability to work a manage a fast paced / high pressure environment.
  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
