About The Role Fixed Term, full-time contract until August 2025, optional locations (Bokarina or Cannon Hill - travel occasionally required)Drive awareness and growth of CSG brand and services through effective marketing strategies.

Deliver a business partnering approach for CSG leaders and key stakeholders.
Oversee advertising, research, product, and promotional activity, in line with agreed timeframes and budget/forecast.

Oversee content strategy, including sourcing content ideas, content capture, and leveraging content for use across multiple paid and unpaid channels.

Oversee CSG social media channels, including community management.
Coordinate all promotional activities and manage inputs from all stakeholders. Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform customer behaviour as well as campaign performance.

What will you bring:
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant marketing experience.
Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing, Business or Communications.
Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged, and high performing teams.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies.

Experience with all aspects of marketing and planning, including large scale advertising campaigns, media, website, customer segmentation, planning and marketing research.

Experience in content development with strong copywriting skills.
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate data for performance and business improvement.
