About the Role:
As the Customer Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the company's data, systems, processes, and people to deliver best-in-class customer interactions. This role focuses on ensuring excellence in multi-channel marketing across the martech stack, including marketing automation, CRM, social media, and web.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and continually develop the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for optimal utilization.
  • Drive efficiencies and usage in marketing communications channels, focusing on email, SMS, web, landing pages, forms, and journey automations.
  • Optimize email marketing, customer journeys, and cross-channel implementations to enhance brand objectives and customer engagement.
  • Configure, monitor, and improve social lead generation integration with Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure the integration of digital strategies with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Provide training and support to internal users on platform usage and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, service, and IT teams for a fully integrated approach.
  • Assist in the delivery of platform and system-related projects.
  • Document technical solutions and provide context for non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary education in IT, Commerce, Marketing, or Communications (preferred)
  • Salesforce certification/s highly regarded
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation and digital marketing delivery & support
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce CRM (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience in an integrated digital marketing team environment
  • Knowledge of Zapier, FormAssembly, Meta Lead Generation Forms, ShortStack, Litmus, and/or Dashcord is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Customer focus
  • HTML, CSS, and AMPscript coding abilities
  • Comprehension of SQL queries
  • Experience with JavaScript is highly regarded
