What will you be doing?
This role is the centre of the organisation, supporting the founder in achieving their goals.
You will have 4 direct reports including social media content creation, videography, and customer success.

Overseeing the core financials, a good understanding of profit and loss, cash flows and costs, reporting performance to target will be at the forefront of the communication.

You will work closely with the founder and will be the go-to person for collaborating and extracting the big picture vision, setting direction, and effectively organising it into actionable projects.

You will lead from the front, championing the sales and marketing strategy to achieve targets.

You will ensure the strategy is dissected into clear actions and deadlines and be responsible for ensuring the team delivers on time to a high standard.

You will ensure there is a consistent qualified lead flow into the business to fill our programs and events.

You'll be laser sharp with managing the sales process and systems that support this function having a hands-on role in converting sales both over the phone and in person and will be hungry to deliver results for both the company and the client.

You'll ensure the right reporting and tracking is delivered to maintain accountability and aid decision making.

Working arrangements:
Hybrid – 2 days at the office, 3 at home.

Salary:
Competitive Remuneration and incentive scheme

Qualifications:
No preference–Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
