A market leader in the field of Aluminium Louvres, Plantation Shutters, Outdoor Blinds and Roller Shutter Manufacture, Ozroll is a well-respected participant in an array of markets.

Due to continued growth, Ozroll is seeking a career-driven General Manager, Sales & Strategy, to assist shape the future of the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the operation, with a strong focus on sales leadership, strategic planning, client relationship management and product leadership. You will provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets and business objectives and will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty. Leading and mentoring a high performing team, you will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability. Being curious and ambitious by nature, you will also have a desire to expand your operational portfolio within the organisation to include corporate services function over time.

To excel in this position, you will possess experience in a leadership role, ideally in the manufacturing sector, coupled with highly effective stakeholder management skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in preserving and enhancing the growth, efficiency and sustainability of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the overarching business strategy, empowering the existing team to execute day-to-day operations, and managing projects to ensure a successful business.

· Highly developed leadership skills
· Proven track record of success in sales leadership and strategic planning
· Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
· Manufacturing sector experience
· Strong business improvement capability
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build teams, develop people, and achieve high performance
· A relevant degree qualification in business or marketing
· Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential
