The business is seeking a General Manager to lead their South Australia region into the next phase of its growth journey.

The General Manager South Australia will enjoy full autonomy of the region and enjoy working closely with the broader business nationally.

With full P&L accountability, you will be responsible for both the strategic and operational performance of the state.

This will include a strong focus on revenue growth, service excellence and commercial stability to deliver efficient and effective operations.

You will also provide inspirational coaching and mentoring to foster a high-performing team across operations, sales, customer service, and quality.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven General Manager with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic business plans that drive revenue growth.

You will have a strong background in sales leadership and demonstrated experience in establishing a clear discipline and rigour around best practices in systems and processes.

You will also bring excellent people leadership skills, with an ability to bring the team on the journey through periods of change and evolution.

Given the nature of the industry, this experience will ideally be gained within a services environment.
Culture fit is key.

As a leader, you will provide excellent communication skills, with an ability to build great collaboration internally, as well as foster strong relationships across complex external stakeholder groups.
