About the role:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.

Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
-
Booking Arrangements: Make reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel services.
-
Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and safety advisories for various destinations.
-
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the travel planning process and during clients' trips.
-
Sales and Promotion: Promote travel packages and special travel deals.

Experienced Required:

-
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and build strong client relationships.
-
Attention to Detail: Organised and meticulous when planning travel arrangements.
-
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel booking systems, airline policies, and hotel options.
-
Sales Acumen: Comfortable with sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell travel services.

Experience: 1+ years' experience _minimum_ required. The more experience, the better

  • Monday to Friday
  • No more weekends
