Adecco is proud to be partnered with a growing high-quality whole food supplier in their search for a Digital Strategy & User Experience (UX) Specialist.

You will be joining a passionate, inclusive and diverse group of individuals.

The role is based on-site, and there will be a high degree of flexibility offered with working hours (whether you would like before business hours, have school runs or have other commitments, they will work around you).

Description


This role is responsible for working with stakeholders across the business to create more value for customers and team members to increase productivity and satisfaction.

You will enjoy researching and reviewing technologies and being the office "go-to person".

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Reviewing current and new software, issues and processes to improve user experience (both customers and team members), which will include website and system development
  • Undertake reviews of customer experience, identity touchpoints, and innovate ways to increase satisfaction
  • Uncovering new technologies and implementing them to ensure team members are able to complete their roles as efficiently as possible, including solutions in a warehouse setting
  • Repair, replace and install computer and networking equipment as the need arises
  • Maintain data integrity for systems
  • Install and upgrade routers, firewalls, terminals and other hardware/software as the need arises

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience and feel comfortable working in this role autonomously
  • Proactive mindset and persistence to solve technical and complex problems
  • Great communication skills and readiness to help others
  • Willingness to work predominately onsite (parking and coffee onsite)
