Role OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to lead the Schnitz Centre of Excellence, a showcase of all the best parts of Schnitz. As a Store Manager and Trainer, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards and impeccable reputation of the Centre, while also training and supporting incoming franchise partners to deliver outstanding service to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and profitability.
- Facilitate a consistently great Schnitz experience to all Guests and create a culture where the Guest comes first at all times.
- Be a guardian of all Schnitz standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Take charge of the 6 week training for franchise partners and managers, focusing on operational best practices, customer service standards, and brand values.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a store manager capacity in the fast-casual/QSR sector with a proven ability to achieve operational success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate and inspire others.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp focus on maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
