We're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Schnitz Centre of Excellence, a unique showcase of our brand's best practices. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and profitability;
- Ensure a consistently great customer experience and create a culture that prioritizes the guest;
- Guard our standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety;
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability;
- Lead 6-week training programs for franchise partners and staff, focusing on operational best practices, customer service, and brand values;
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement;
- Maintain training records and collaborate with the Learning and Development team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a store manager capacity in the fast-casual/QSR sector, with a proven track record of operational success;
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and inspire others;
- Detail-oriented, with a sharp focus on maintaining high standards of quality and service;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure;
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs, achieving measurable results;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed;
- Willingness and availability to travel as needed to support new store openings and training initiatives;
- Qualifications in training or business management highly regarded.
