As the Manager - HR Business Partnerships, you will lead and coach a team of skilled HR professionals in the provision of strategic and operational HR advice and encourage a culture of best practice, continuous improvement, strategy and relationship management amongst the team.

Collaborating on the development of change management initiatives to drive a culture that embraces transformation will also be an essential requirement of this role.

About you

  • Proven experience in leading HR Business Partnership functions and managing organisational change and transformation processes, preferably within a government setting
  • The ability to maximise team effectiveness by selecting, developing, leading and motivating a high performing business partnering team
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to effectively influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders
- strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, and contemporary developments in human resources management, including the Fair Work Act 2009
