As a
Board Director , you will join an experienced and well-functioning Board and contribute to the organisation pursuing its strategic objectives whilst strengthening its future with a focus on service excellence, innovation and growth in meeting the community needs.
You will share responsibility for the governance, policy formulation, strategic direction and oversight of the affairs of the Mobo Group, monitoring the performance of management.
Ensuring the organisation fulfils its purpose and meets the legal and moral responsibilities consistent with best practice corporate governance and ensuring long term viability through stewardship on behalf of members and stakeholders is a primary responsibility of a Board member of Mobo.
You'll be an independent and creative thinker who engages at all levels with respect and diligence, offering constructive contributions to Board deliberations and decision making.
You will have a broad understanding of the Fiduciary Duty Obligations of a Board member and have demonstrated experience of strategic development, business plan execution and leadership.
Ideally you will have well developed community and professional networks and a reputation as a trusted thought leader in your respective field.
