Supporting eCom operations in Food Safety Compliance, risk assessment and project management, of new food safety initiatives, driving continuous improvement and promoting food safety culture within the eComX operating environment.

**What you will do

  • Support the network of eCom fulfilment & operations (CFC, eStores, Supermarkets eCom, eCom Food, Woolies at Work & Homerun) working with varying levels of stakeholders to develop, refine and implement existing and new food safety processes.
  • Partnering with WooliesX Risk and Operational teams you will provide the guidance, coaching and oversight to operational compliance, delivering food safety outcomes and driving food safety culture and behaviours within the business, for which Leadership is key.
  • Investigate WooliesX based food safety customer complaints and Regulator Findings and support in root cause investigation and resolution
  • Maintain regular reporting of key food safety and quality metrics in line with Food Safety Plan controls monitoring (including Integrated Assurance results)
  • Conduct eCom operations food safety reviews and risk assessments for CFC, MFC, online Supermarket operations Working with project leads and operations teams to develop procedures to ensure processes meet Food Safety Requirements ensuring where possible consistency is maintained across AFG
**What you'll bring

  • Previous operational food safety experience in a complex and fast moving environment is highly desirable.
  • Relevant degree (eg Food Science, Food Technology, Environmental Health)
  • HACCP Trained and strong working knowledge of the Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (and State / Territory specific food safety regulations)
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects
  • Understanding process flow techniques Advanced writing skills for incident investigations
