    ABOUT THE ROLE:The responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients;
  • Coordinating daily operational functions;
  • Working on projects alongside the management team;
  • General administration duties.
  • Provide administrative support to management and workforce across the QLD region
  • Use the Client Information System (CIS) to input and update client details, and information relating to industry awards, and legislation.
  • Analysing reports and processing manual invoices.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

To be successful, the following skills, qualities and experiences are required:

  • Proven experience in an administration capacity;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise;
  • Accurate data entry skills;
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment;
  • Managing and collating invoices with clients to ensure they are reconciled and actioned;
  • Managing and maintaining equipment and, records, compliance and reports;
  • Proficient in Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite);
  • Excellent and Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong attention to detail;
