Our technology team operates a hybrid framework to manage delivery of our Technology Program of Work and BAU technology operations, combining traditional project and program management with contemporary lean and agile delivery practices based on Kanban, Scrum and SAFe.


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Iteration Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to join us and work across our delivery team and associated stakeholders to manage the activities and ceremonies associated with the delivery of our Technology Program of Work.


The Iteration Delivery Manager / Scrum Master will utilise capabilities with traditional waterfall and contemporary lean / agile delivery frameworks to ensure effective flow and delivery of project and initiative work across the solution lifecycle whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.


Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitate lean and agile practices and approaches, fostering a culture of collaboration, and guiding project teams to achieve their goals.
  • Manage and report the performance and operation of activities in our technology solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead effective Program Iteration Planning and Sync meetings.
  • Support stakeholder to prioritise and sequence portfolio initiatives into backlog.
  • Facilitate scrumbased ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, release planning, showcases, retrospectives, etc.

You will have:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile PM, Trainer or Coach in a technology operations/infrastructure or software development environment.
  • Experience in hybrid delivery project environments with both contemporary (agile based) and traditional project / team management or similar roles
  • Experience with delivery of multiple, concurrent projects within an enterprise environment.
